W-2 (2 years) & last 30 days pay stubs.
The name/address of your landlord/mortgage company over the past 2 years.
Signed Purchase Agreement.
Latest 3 months bank statements for all accounts.
Open loans - names, addresses, account numbers, monthly payments, and balances.
Loan information on other real estate owned.
Valid drivers license
Self-employment - your last 2 years tax returns with all schedules, and YTD income statement.
